1. No Return Policy
All our safety nets, invisible grills, cloth hangers, and related fitted solutions are planned and installed based on your specific requirements and site measurements. Because of this, we do not offer returns once the product or service work is installed.
2. Service Support
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you face a genuine issue with installation quality, fitting, or workmanship, our team will review the concern and provide service support to help resolve it.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not applicable after completed installation. In limited cases where the service cannot be completed for valid reasons, a partial refund or service adjustment may be considered after reviewing the actual service stage and committed costs.
