Shigehalli homes need pigeon netting that handles open eastern exposure, newer apartment balconies, and AC ledges where birds settle during quieter hours. EverSafe treats the balcony, window shade, and utility edge as one small system so the same pair of birds does not simply move from one point to another.

Shigehalli pigeon activity appears on AC platforms, balcony slab returns, window shades, and open parapet edges. The problem feels small until droppings start collecting below the same side gap every day. The birds may look harmless at first, but repeat sitting turns into stains, smell, nesting material, and a balcony that family members slowly stop using.
EverSafe plans pigeon safety nets in Shigehalli by measuring the landing direction, side gaps, slab edges, pipe-side clearances, and the fixing surface before deciding the mesh line. The aim is to stop repeat sitting without blocking air, daylight, clothes drying, or normal window movement. The net line is measured to hold tension across corners, avoid sagging near the center, and leave workable movement for cleaning, windows, grills, and laundry rods.
The stronger result comes from a site-specific fit, not from stretching one net across the easiest rectangle. Our team confirms dusty ledges, weak plaster, AC brackets, open corners, and daily access points so the net feels clean after installation and useful after the first week of use. EverSafe has handled pigeon-prone balconies, AC ledges, window shades, and utility openings across Bangalore, including layouts where the visible mess was only a symptom and the real perch sat above eye level.

Home Pattern
Shigehalli, Bangalore
Problem: A newer apartment balcony had repeated droppings below the AC line even though the front opening looked clean.
Solution: EverSafe traced the bird route to the AC-side ledge and closed the side pocket along with the balcony edge.
Result: The daily droppings stopped appearing below the AC side, and the main balcony stayed usable.
Pigeons are habit-driven. Once a ledge gives shade, safety, and a repeat landing line, cleaning alone rarely changes the behaviour. In Shigehalli, the trigger can be an AC platform, old chajja, parapet return, plant shelf, or a quiet service corner that people do not inspect every day. A good net blocks that habit route without turning the balcony into a dark enclosure.
Shigehalli balconies face open air and newer apartment edges, so loose fitting shows quickly. The net should sit firm along AC pockets and side returns while keeping the balcony bright. EverSafe reviews the exposed side carefully so the solution holds up to wind and repeat bird pressure.
Take two wide photos and two close photos before calling: one from inside the balcony, one from outside if possible, one of the dirtiest ledge, and one of the upper corner. These photos reveal whether the issue is a single perch or a chain of small landing points around Shigehalli.

The installation is judged by whether pigeons can still sit comfortably on the old active point.
Building mix: apartment balconies, window chajjas, AC platforms, utility ledges
Outdoor conditions: Pigeons return to shaded ledges and side gaps after cleaning, especially where food scraps, plant corners, or quiet upper beams exist nearby.
Common layout cue: open wind side, parapet length, and roof access. Clean, tight netting that controls birds without making the balcony look blocked or poorly maintained.
A compact balcony where pigeons sit above the drying rod and mess falls into the walking strip.
A window shade that looks unreachable from inside but keeps collecting droppings along the sill.
A utility pocket with pipes, AC drain lines, and a small shaded ledge pigeons use in the afternoon.
EverSafe handles difficult balcony corners, upper slab lines, AC-side openings, and window-shade pigeon cases across Bangalore.
The team is used to homes where family members need a clean result, not just a visible net stretched in front.
Installation guidance is based on building shape, bird behaviour, and daily use of the opening.
Shigehalli installations need the upper ledge confirmed before the balcony front because pigeons sit where cleaning is hardest.
If AC brackets or pipe bends are active, the net path must close those small pockets instead of leaving them outside the main rectangle.
For visible front-facing balconies, EverSafe keeps the fitting line tighter and cleaner so the protection does not look careless from the street or common area.
Site confirms in Shigehalli focus on the exact sitting marks, not only on the balcony size.
EverSafe avoids loose center sections that can flap, sag, or invite birds to test the same corner again.
The installation plan considers cleaning access, window use, laundry movement, and daily family routines.
Fresh droppings appearing again just after the balcony was washed.
A child stepping near a dirty corner before anyone notices it.
Wet clothes brushing against a ledge where pigeons have been sitting.
Covering only the balcony front while leaving the side return open.
Ignoring AC bracket shadows where pigeons can sit above the net line.
Using loose mesh tension that starts looking tired after wind and daily use.
Fixing into weak plaster without confirming whether the anchor will hold cleanly.
First signs
Check the sitting mark above the mess before deciding that only the floor-facing area needs protection.
Choosing a fix
Use pigeon netting when the main issue is bird entry and repeat perching, then compare balcony nets or invisible grills only if fall safety is also a concern.
Before installation
Share photos of the full balcony, upper slab, side wall, AC unit, and the exact dirty ledge so the fixing plan is clearer before the visit.
The best answer depends on whether the problem is bird sitting, fall safety, or a visible railing upgrade. For Shigehalli, EverSafe keeps pigeon netting focused on bird control so it does not overlap with other safety choices.
